Dead Disco Drivers

Another electro duo from Belgium, Dead Disco Drivers. I bumped into these guys on myspace and I must say I was rather suprised I haven’t heard of them before. Their tracks are a blend of fresh funky sounds along with some raw beats. They’ve done some remixes, but we give you 2 of their own productions, which, I have to be honest, like even more. Miscellaneous Chocolate

Some new talent from the USA. Bryce Scheurle goes under the name Miscellaneous Chocolate. He’s only 17 years old but is already working on his first EP. On his myspace you’ll already find lots of remixes from very known artists (Usher, WILL I AM, Paramore, etc), all quality stuff. He sended us 2 remixes, Usher – Yeah and the theme song from Rocky. Some hard beats to keep us going during the exams.

hOUSEMEISTER

It’s been a while since we last posted some new stuff. My apologese for that (school comes first i guess) ! Well, enough of these lame excuses, time for some new hyped up stuff. hOUSEMEISTER has a new album comming up, and to promote it, he uploaded his full album onto his myspace musicplayer, but only for one week ! So i suggest you go to hOUSEMEISTER’s myspace and check it out. The tracks have this sort of minimal influence, as I’m used of hOUSEMEISTER’s tracks. The album tracks are online on his myspace until 30/05 and after that you’ll have to wait until the release somewhere july.

And as an extra we uploaded INORDERTODANCE, probably the most known track from hOUSEMEISTER. This track is also included on the new album.

Track-Mania

Time for a new Track-Mania. Check out the must have tracks we spotted this time !

We start of with a new remix of “Usher – Love In This Club” by MSTRKRFT. Another perfect track for the dancefloor. An interesting fact about the original track, is that the background tune probably was stolen from a youtube movie. That specific youtube movie was made by 2 Belgium students !

Bob Rifo, the man behind The Bloody Beetroots remixes just doesn’t sit still. His latest remix is from the track “72 Virgins” from the UK band Shitdisco.

Some more Italian violence in this times Track-Mania by the Crookers. Their new remix is a remix from Moby’s “I love to move in here” a track from Moby’s new album “Last Night”. Very typical sound for the Crookers, which you’ll definitely enjoy.

Next one is a new track/remix By StereoHeroes called FUKT featuring Teen Wolf. We posted their NLLR mixtape a few weeks ago, which was pretty impressive and so is the track !

More Soda & Suds !

These guys just keep making new stuff, but you don’t hear me complaining! First we have their remix of Shameboy – Splend it , the remix was made for the Nokia Trend Lab competition. The competition has already ended and Soda & Suds didn’t win, better luck next time guys!

Grum

Another hot day in Belgium and another hot post! Yesterday while having a BBQ with some friends, we needed some fresh music, I bumped on this guy from the UK called “Grum“. After listening to his NLLR mixtape from end march i checked his tracks on myspace . This one track “Go Back”, which is definitely my favourite, starts off rather chill and you don’t really know what to suspect, but then at about 1 minute the track gets a nice turn over and really gets going, you’ll have to hear it for yourself !

The Twelves

The Twelves are rather new to me. I recently discovered them on the myspace of Yelle. The Twelves had made a remix of Ce Jeu. I looked up their myspace and found out they have been around for quite a long time by now. The Twelves are a duo from Rio de Janeiro which probably explains their funky rhythmic style, and that’s all we need with this kind of weather ! Here are some of their remixes.

Project Cyborg

With the online release of their new remix, it was time we posted something about this crazy electro duo from Belgium, known under the name “Project Cyborg“. I knew these guys from myspace and really like their track Angerland 3000. Today I got a mail from them saying that they had a new remix, a remix from the track “Beastie Boys – Super disco breakin” . The track was as I expected, hell, maybe even better, catchy vocal loops along with bouncy electro beats. Here is the remix along with Angerland 3000 and their latest minimix, enjoy !
