It’s been a while since we heard anything from the FCKN CREW, I must admit I kinda lost my interest after the Carnage release (wasn’t digging it much). Now they are back with a new track with yet another original titel “Slaughter”. Raw electro, some very high synth sounds, all very typicall for the FCKN CREW, but still I get the feeling there’s something missing…

UK based producer/DJ Tom EQ makes some of the best jackin’ house tunes. This one was released on Jack Union back in January. It’s a nice bass driven stomper and kinda reminds me of HiJack, which is always a good thing. Beatport link.

Hold tight for this Friday’s first edition of Radiostation at Zappa, Antwerp! With Zombie Disco Squad, Benny Page and Trolley Snatcha, they managed to present a genre-crossing quality line up.

ZOMBIE DISCO SQUAD has been featured on these pages a couple of times before. With releases on Dirtybird, Made To Play and Sound Pellegrino, 2009 was a ridiculously good year for these guys! Their combination of tropical percussion and tech house has really set a trend.

Baiser Sur La Disco

Dutch producer Rubix fixed us up with this cool selfmade video for his own track “Baiser Sur La Disco”. Very retro, even freaky, videoclip nicelly edited to the music track. I immediately fell in love with this track the first time I heard it, very catchy “disco” sound with some nice vocal chops, lovely! Lately I’ve been digging a lot of tracks like this one (Louis La Roche, the new Fake Blood I Think I Like It, Ducksauce, etc …), old school baby.
