A few days after Rednik’s x-mas track-gift extravaganza some new presents were piling up in our mailbox. Quite a few that I couldn’t let them go by without any notice. Please enjoy these presents that were probably hidden behind the christmas tree only to be found 6 days after Christmas!
DONOVANS is an electro duo from Paris. I remembered myself posting something about them, but when going trough my archive it seems I didn’t post anything about them, hmm strange. Anyway, last month they did release party for their Freakshow/Krosscut EP which got support from names as Sinden, Mixhell, Bloody Beetroots and so on. Check a video of that release party on top.
But why I’m blogging this today is not for the party video, but for this next remix they did for The Shoes – Stay the same. The Original track is amazing (have a listen to a live performance here), but the remix is amazing on a completely different level.
Okay, so our mixtape series is not going as smooth and fast as I expected, half you people probably already forgot we started one, but that’s cool because the next one will show you we mean business! For mixtape number two we have the very talented and young dubstep duo “Science“, hailing from Antwerp but surely taking over the rest of Belgium! At newyears night they play at Lucky U, but a party I want to promote just that bit more (and needs/deserves it!) is Dubfest where Science will be playing along with Eddie K, Chasing Shadows and more, check it out!
Along with the mixtape Science was so kind to share a free track as well! Prepare yourself for a 40min mixtape with quality dubstep tracks, download the free track and go to one of the gigs they play! Thank you Science!
I’m a bit late with my christmas (or w/e) post, but it’s that time of year a lot of producers decide to give away free tracks. I’ve been saving up all (or most of them) for this post. I’m not going to describe every track in this post, that’s something I’ll spend my time on for the top 10 list. So without anymore boring text, I hope you enjoyed the Christmas holidays so far and hope you enjoy the next batch of free tracks as well!
