Hey You (Star Slinger Remix)
Hey You from Pony Pony Run Run is getting old as hell but is still a regular track on my mp3 player and apparently they are releasing it (again) in the UK 16th of May. Bit weird that it’s getting some kind of re-release, it’s not like France and the UK are that far apart!? Anyway it’s cool to see they finally get attention they deserve in the UK as well. Star Slinger made this very nice remix with a lots of added synths and layers making it work very well on a sunny afternoon. definitely need to explore some more tracks of this guy!

this is the worst remix of hey you. the one that got me into the song was by noizy kidz/tenkah. then DLID remix. finally broke one remix. that’s the reason i bought the vinyl of hey you even though it didnt have any of the above remixes.
seriously listen to noizy kidz or dlid version. best.
ps. the video by band was pretty cool, esp the french chick. tres sexy.
sadly live version isnt good as vocals cant reach high notes like studio. keyboards still great live.
