Charlie EP (Remixed)

I absolutely love the original The Phantom’s Revenge – Charlie track. One of the best “disco disco disco” tainted tracks from last year with a brilliant use of samples! I still carry it arround for gigs and this next EP will probably join for the rest of the summer as well. Charlie EP remixed is very variated but with, to my suprise, only one remix for Charlie, this by Ghosts of Venice. The remix is very good, but I think I’ll still go for the original. Why? Because I absolutly love those “It’s always sunny in Philadelphia” samples (one of the best comedy series out there!). Then we got two remixes for “Mr. Fahrenheit”, the Justin Faust remix seems to be somewhat of a mash up with Fake Blood’s I Think I Like It. My favourites of the EP are probably the Lazy Ants Remix for the quick loop work and the Melee remix for having the balls to add some raw distortion to a disco-tuned track!
