The Illegalz – Baselift

October 6th, 2009 | Hyped by EJECT!

This track was sent to us a few days ago but I didn’t have time to look at it. Now that I listened to it i’m fairly glad I did. The Illegalz are a Belgian Duo from Waanrode, they tested this track on a lot of party’s and it was very appreciated. Oh, I forgot to mention that it’s d&b. First time I’m posting a track from that genre, first thing for everything I guess.

Clash The Disko Kids’ Rokit Promo Mix‏

October 4th, 2009 | Hyped by REDNIK

Clash The Disko Kids (CTDK) is a Singapore electro-techno-house trio consisting of DJ Itchi, Kurt and Weili. Together as Clash The Disko Kids, they have been formidable on the dance floors as Singapore’s most popular electronic group. Ghost Knives (Disco Villains “BIG ROOM” Banger Rmx)

October 3rd, 2009 | Hyped by REDNIK

The Disco Villians returned to the scene a time ago with their EP “We just came to get the party started” and immediately they had our attention again. This time no own production but a remix they did about a month ago for “Ghost Knives” a track on Shark Attack‘s new album called “Shooting Judas”. The original track is, as they like to call it, a real banger track, so for the remix they did somewhat of a semi “tech house” meets “banger” track.

Hitting the club with Chew Fu!

October 3rd, 2009 | Hyped by REDNIK

Chew Fu a bloke from Brooklyn, New York sent us some banging club tracks. One cover, one remix and one own production! For the cover (Purple Rain originaly from Prince) and the own production (Stand By Me) he had the support of Steve Clisby for the vocals and he’s doing an excellent job at it. The remix is for Mariah Carey’s “I Want To Know What Love Is”, something all the party girls can scream to.

Turbo Recordings on RCRD LBL

October 2nd, 2009 | Hyped by REDNIK

Turbo Recordings, the label of Mr. Tiga himself is sharing some tracks over at RCRDLBL. Most of the tracks are “older” stuff, but for those who didn’t buy them back then here is your chance to grab them. Loving the Turbo sound? Buy there latest releases at the Turbo Recordings online shop. Below you’ll find music from Turbo060 through Turbo066, including MP3s from Jesper Dahlback, Kolombo, Guy J, Adam Sky & Zoo Brazil, Hugg & Pepp, Zombie Nation, and Phonogenic. I’m using the RCRDLBL streams so we don’t get any angry letters from them for relocating the tracks (just download the track by hitting the download icon!).

Die (GTRONIC DubDub Rmx)

October 2nd, 2009 | Hyped by REDNIK

Gtronic was so nice to send us his remix for “Die” from Trash Yourself (their myspace is giving me a headache!) & The Toxic Avenger. Gtronic added his typicall wobbly sound to the ravy trash sound of the original, THE perfect combo I would say. Gtronic is on a roll and is even going on an Australian tour next week with Trashbags!

Dizzee Rascal – Bad Behaviour

October 1st, 2009 | Hyped by EJECT!

Here’s a track from Dizzee Rascal’s Tongue ‘N Cheek. It’s called Bad Behaviour and it’s co-produced by Tiësto. At first I thought YUK Tiësto, but when I listened to it I couldn’t hear any sign of him (Except for the beginning maybe). Bad Behaviour is just another badass track by Dizzee Rascal no more no lezz.

GetHypedOnThis part two

September 29th, 2009 | Hyped by REDNIK

After almost 400 posts GetHypedOnThis is ready for the next step. We are leaving blogger behind and now have a self-hosted wordpress based website and an own design made by me, Bob (REDNIK).

Why did we change? Well, wordpress offers a more flexible control panel, better editing functions, better categorizing of posts and more. On the other hand the own webspace makes it possible to share music with direct links and give you the possibility to stream tracks before you download them. A small example:

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Bart B More – Hyped up (Bart B More remix)

As you can see, the left sidebar is fully dedicated to partys around Belgium, so organisers, send those flyers! In the end the website is still a “work in progress” so if you find a bug or a layout error you can always email us at contact@gethypedonthis.com. Any other feedback/suggestions on the design is always welcome on the same emailadress.

To end this small welcome post, I would like to invite you all to add us on myspace, follow us on twitter and become a fan on our new facebook fanpage! (I’m dropping the group because a fanpage is easier to update).
