A lot of things kept me from posting the last few weeks. I’ve seen some great dj-sets at Dour Festival last week by Camo & Krooked, Original Sin, Rusko, Doctor P, Bassnectar and many, many more… But I’m back with another Dubstep Round Up!

Hitz featuring Tinie Tempah is the latest single off “No More Idols” and has 4 official remixes. 16bit really destroyed the tune (in a good way)! Also be sure to check out the drum & bass remix by Delta Heavy. Buy the remix EP here.

Some of you might remember the post we did two months ago on BadKlaat‘s latest EP. The next tune Battlin is featured on “The Takeover EP” and gets support from the biggest players in the dubstep scene. Next up a high frequency banger by Daladubz, using some gangsta rap vocal samples. Released on Abducted Records.

Daladubz – Stainless

Belgian dubstep label Untitled! has just released their fourth EP, produced by 501. “Strings Attached” has a nice groove to it and will most certainly stir up the dancefloor. Buy the EP on Beatport. Free track “Black & Blue”, which you can download below, has a quite similar vibe.

If you’re more into the ‘deep’ side of dubstep, the next two tracks might be your cup o’ tea! DJ Hatcha and Lost mixed some eastern vibes with bird sounds and… lots of BASS! Also be sure to check out the second drop!

Emalkay

As you all probably know, Emalkay‘s debut album has been released today. “Eclipse” contains 11 dubstep tunes (+1 bonus track) and is available on vinyl, digital and cd. This is the first album ever by a single artist to be released on Dub Police! And as expected, this is one of the best dubstep albums ever made! Check out these two tracks below and judge for yourself.

“Transpose” is yet another banger, with crisp snares and a heavy bassline.

Big Tune Selectah

First of all there’s Liquid Stranger destroying the Beatport charts. Not only with his energetic dubstep tracks, he also made some drum & bass tunes this time. His latest LP is called “Mechanoid Meltdown” and is released on Rottun Recordings. Buy his tunes on Beatport.

Time to speed things up a bit! Drum & bass bangers comin’ your way! Human Error made this heavy, self-titled tune. Also check out this cool commercial, using this track (youtube). The next tune by Wilkinson is featured on Andy C’s album “Nightlife 5″. It will be released on the 13th of December with “Samurai“! Also another big jump up collab by Crystal Clear and Zen. “Sounds so heavy!”

Chill Sessions

Here are some rather laid back tunes that help getting me through these shitty days of studying (exams till the 29th). Just relaxing vibes that don’t work too destracting…
First of all there’s some minimal dubstep by Emalkay and Modeselektor, in my opinion two of the best tracks of 2009. Then there’s Joy Orbison, who’s breakthrough is a fact thanks to the quality stuff he keeps coming up with. Last but not least a nice dubstep jam by The Boog-A-Loo Crew.

Faithless Remixed

Here are 2 fresh dubstep tracks, both remixing dance pioneers Faithless.
‘Sun To Me’, from their upcoming new album, got remixed by Emalkay, who gained recognition with his massive dubstep anthem ‘When I Look At You’. It came out as a superb track. Have a listen and grab it in 320 (thanks to GetDarker.com!).
