M.I.A – Internet Connection (Huoratron Remix)
Who thought that the remix Shook did for “M.I.A. – Internet Connection” missed some punch should try the following remix by Finish mad-raver Huoratron. It’s not his best weapon-fact so far I think, but the fans of his typical sound won’t be disappointed!

M.I.A. – XXXO (Modek Remix)
M.I.A. recently released her latest album /\/\/\Y/\, a great success in my opinion! Along with Steppin Up and Born Free the track XXXO is one of my favorites on the album! And if I’m correct it’s also the very first single, a video is online on youtube since a few days back, but in comparison with any previous videos of M.I.A. this one lacks a bit of inspiration and is a bit boring actually.
Modek produced a vocal remix of the track ,just for fun, as he says himself, but the results isn’t half that bad! nice drums and basses and some typical Modek heavy stuff around 3 minutes in the track.

M.I.A.‘s new album “/\/\ /\ Y /\” or “MAYA” is coming up next week! We already got to know Born Free which came with the very radical videoclip, which even got banned from youtube. I haven’t had the chance to listen to the full album, only by some small samples, but tracks as xxxo and Tell Me Why (this last one is produced by diplo) sure show M.I.A. hasn’t lost her creative touch.
Steppin’ Up seems to be one of the more dirty tracks on the album and we got for you a remix by Clockwork who made this track go bounce, bounce! The remix is by the way made for the LA HARD remix contest, an event where M.I.A. is performing. And while I was working on this post another remix came in, by Breakdown giving the track this big-room touch.
