Slim Fit – Wonderland

Wow! Long time ago since a Belgian producer suprised me this much. Slim Fit has a killer EP in his hands and already received a lot of support including from artists/djs as Don Rimini, Ed & Kim, Goldfox, Kissy Sell Out, Faisal and many more. Wonderland EP features two originals ‘In Wonderland’ and ‘Galore’, both tracks remind me a lot of High Powered Boys productions a specially Galore with his old school samples while In Wonderland pulls it off with short vocal cuts. Hector & Nate – Big City

A couple of days ago I posted the remix by Bongo for Hector & Nate‘s Milano. I really really liking it and to my suprise the whole EP is stuff like this. Hector & Nate are releasing their Big City EP on Monkey See Monkey Do and will be available April 21. A 5 minute teaser will make us anxious enough for the release!

First Blood

Another banging new release on the Monkey See Monkey Do label, this time from rave,trash,electro rockers Aerotronic. The EP is called “First Blood” and is available on iTunes, Beatport and Juno. The EP features 3 tracks Ravers nightmare, Bezerk and Helicopter. Ravers nightmare is by far my favourite track, amazingly raw and absolutely not for the weak hearted! Gettin’ Jiggy With It

Free track from the Serial Chillers (owners of the Monkey See Monkey Do label), it’s a remix for an old school track, namely “Will Smith – Jiggy With It”. As a big fan of Will Smith’s music (yes I still am!) I had my fingers crossed, but the Serial Chillers did a good job. In the end a very basic remix, not too chaotic and it offcourse contains the timeless lyrics by Will Smith, “Gettin’ Jiggy With It!”.
