Belgian dubstep duo Science uploaded their remix of “Feel The Heat” by Maelan & Alchemyst. They gave the track a nice ‘Science-touch’ and made it even a better song. The original was released on Stainage Records and available for purchase here. You can download the remix for free below!

Okay, so our mixtape series is not going as smooth and fast as I expected, half you people probably already forgot we started one, but that’s cool because the next one will show you we mean business! For mixtape number two we have the very talented and young dubstep duo “Science“, hailing from Antwerp but surely taking over the rest of Belgium! At newyears night they play at Lucky U, but a party I want to promote just that bit more (and needs/deserves it!) is Dubfest where Science will be playing along with Eddie K, Chasing Shadows and more, check it out!
Along with the mixtape Science was so kind to share a free track as well! Prepare yourself for a 40min mixtape with quality dubstep tracks, download the free track and go to one of the gigs they play! Thank you Science!

A month passed by since the last round up (check em all out here), so there’s a lot of tunes I haven’t posted yet. It’s time for a big dubstep post!
I’ll start with the heavier stuff. DJ Wire did a great job remixing “Guns And Horses”, a poppy song by Ellie Goulding. DJ Wire made some great tracks before, like his remix of “Hooligans” by Example and there’s also “Alien Halloween Disco”, an energetic drum & bass tune.

“Poor Man’s Style” starts as a nice ragga dubstep track but PropaTingz quickly turns it into a nasty banger. PropaTingz (US) has been producing some great stuff lately, keep an eye on this guy!

Next up a set rip of “In The Hood” by Slum Dogz. These fellas have been making some of the sickest jump up drum & bass and now they’re taking over the dubstep scene! You can also hear some parts of Doctor P’s “Gargoyle” getting mixed with the track.

You’ve probably heard this one before, the Grifta remix of “Faxing Berlin”. That drop is quite epic if you ask me.

Swindle made a pretty impressive EP called “Airmiles EP”. On the title track he uses a late snare drop on a big rushing beat. “Coffee” is a more laid back, funky tune.

Time to slow things down a bit. devonwho makes a double appearance on the outstanding compilation album ‘Producer #2′. This ain’t really dubstep, but it definitely has the same vibe to it. The album, with artists like Martyn, Mike Slott and dBridge is really worth listening to. Buy the album here on iTunes.

The next one isn’t dubstep either, it’s the drumstep everyone is making a fuzz about. ITAL TEK has a great new album out on Planet Mu (they also released Swindle’s EP). This outstanding track is on that album!

Another great dubstep album came from Guido. His style can be described as the combination of Joker’s so called purple sound with Starkey’s productions. His album is called “Anidea” and can be bought here.

Today’s biggest bass comes from DJ Madd. The title, “Dub Marine”, fits the track perfectly. He also did a collab with Matt-U and got remixed by Ikonika. The B-side of that remix is DJ Madd’s superb tune “Detroit Skank”.

Last but not least we have TC, one of the biggest drum & bass producers at the moment. It seems like he has a thing for commercial pop music lately, because these remixes keep coming! You won’t hear me complain though, he does it like no other could do it. The first part of the song is dubstep, then he turns up the tempo to drum & bass.

The third episode of our chill sessions is fully dedicated to upcoming dubstep duo Science, coming from Antwerp. This collaboration between Scypus and Crypt already brought us great tunes like Heal My Hurts and Bamboo Dub (forthcoming on Untitled! Recordings). Now they’re back with more heavy bass riddims. Deep tunes with big vibes that you can actually listen too.
‘Motion Tween’ starts with an epic build up, followed by the perfect drop. This one got played at Untitled! last Friday and got some great reactions.
Science – Motion Tween
The next one has a slower, dark vibe, reminding me of one of their other tunes ‘Crimes’ (check it out at their myspace). When I played this one on a big soundsystem it blew me away.
Science – The Red Planet
On top of the new tracks, they’ve uploaded a new mix. It’s the third part of their “Rainy Sundays” mixes, which focuses on the beautiful tunes you normally don’t hear at a party. With these mix series they want to give these tracks the attention they deserve.

A couple of weeks ago we featured Antwerp dubstep duo Science with their track “Heal My Hurts”. This quality tune sampling Faithless got a lot of support in the dubstep scene. Many people wanted a copy of the track, so now Science decided to send out a free, full quality version. Show these guys some love at their myspace, facebook or soundcloud.

Here are 2 fresh dubstep tracks, both remixing dance pioneers Faithless.
‘Sun To Me’, from their upcoming new album, got remixed by Emalkay, who gained recognition with his massive dubstep anthem ‘When I Look At You’. It came out as a superb track. Have a listen and grab it in 320 (thanks to GetDarker.com!).

A more dark take on their material comes from upcoming producers Science, hailing from Antwerp, Belgium. Their tune ‘Heal My Hurts’ samples ‘God Is A DJ’. I’m looking forward to hearing what their next tunes will sound like.
For all you dupstep lovers living in Antwerp, the 7th of July Bar 9 will be attending Soulblazers at Spiegeltent! He’s one of the best producers out there, making those bass heavy tunes. If you haven’t heard of him before, it’s about time! Next to some sick EPs, he has released a mix-CD called ‘Bar 9 In Da Mix’. Here are some big tunes…
He’ll be playing along the sides of Truth, Vista and Science. Truth goes for the deep bass. They’ve got signed to Mala’s label, Deep Medi Musik. Vista has played at Fabric London and Innovation In The Sun, and he’s all about the party. Check his killer tune Fiyah here.
